My love for coffee began in Seattle, where I first tasted it as a child. My mother, a coffee enthusiast, drank it from morning till night and occasionally shared a little milk and sugar with me. As I grew, coffee became an integral part of my daily life, and I cherished the morning ritual of a strong cup of coffee and music.
As I started my family, I carried on this tradition and turned my passion for coffee into a hobby. I researched roasting techniques, tasted coffees from around the world, and eventually founded Woodstock Coffee.
My father, a close friend and collaborator, helped me realize that the true goal is not just to roast the best coffees but to share them with as many people as possible, including you. We hope that when you taste our coffee, you experience our dedication to quality and become part of our coffee enthusiast family.

Paris "POPS" Landon Sr.
Paris Landon, Sr. aka 'Pops' was born in Cleveland, Ohio, raised in Anchorage, Alaska, and is a retired AFL-CIO union laborer out of Seattle, Wa of over 20 yrs. A musician, Grandfather, and Cold Brew master- Pop's dedication and drive are unmatched. He's a team player, and we are proud to have him on our team.

Tania Ventura-Landon
Tania Ventura-Landon, co-owner of our café, was raised in Mexico City and brings extensive experience across all aspects of the business. She oversees daily operations, trains staff, and develops creative drink ideas, ensuring excellence in every detail. Her leadership and dedication make her the glue that holds the café together, creating a welcoming and seamless experience for both customers and the team.
